Singers, Dancers, and Performers Wanted for Cultural Festival’s Sunrise Super Star Performance

Lyrical Lounge is a Creative Space for Teens in Sunrise

The City of Sunrise is looking for the best Sunrise SuperStars to perform at its upcoming Cultural Festival.

Amateur singers, dancers, and performers of all kinds are encouraged to audition for a chance to take the stage at City Park during the event.

Auditions will be held on Thursday, October 9, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Sunrise Civic Center Theatre, located at 10610 West Oakland Park Boulevard, with pre-registration required by the end of the day on Thursday, October 2

From those who audition, a select few participants will be chosen to perform on November 8 at the Sunrise Super Star competition.

Auditions will be judged by members of the City’s Cultural Affairs Advisory Board, and performances must not exceed three minutes.

Selected performers must be available for their scheduled slot at the Cultural Festival, with exact performance times to be announced later.
