Romance and fine dining will take center stage this Valentine’s Day as Arc Culinary hosts a special Chef Experience Dinner titled Love at First Bite on Saturday, Feb. 14.
The four-course dinner will begin at 7 p.m. inside the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen, offering couples and food lovers an immersive dining experience in an intimate, chef-driven setting.
The menu includes a yuca croquette with pork belly and passion fruit glaze; a seafood mosaic featuring mahi, cod, nori, pickled red cabbage, and jalapeños topped with chipotle crema and cilantro on a mini tostada; truffled beet paired with lobster, risotto, fennel, and pangrattato; and a dessert course to finish the evening.
Tickets are priced at $123 for the chef’s table and $102 for communal seating. Pricing includes gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Proceeds from the event support Arc Broward, which provides programs and services for children and adults with disabilities throughout Broward County.
Arc Culinary’s Innovation Kitchen blends mid-century style with modern design and features a chef’s table, refined décor, and an outdoor patio. In addition to Chef Experience dinners, the venue hosts private cooking classes, corporate meetings, showers, rehearsal dinners, small weddings and catered events, with seating for up to 49 guests or cocktail-style events for up to 125.
