Registration for Next Stop Broadway’s 2024-25 school-year program is now open for aspiring young performers in Coral Springs and the surrounding cities.
For over 20 years, Next Stop Broadway has offered students from kindergarten through high school a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of show business.
Next Stop Broadway’s school-year program is designed to give students ample time to hone their craft, with classes tailored to ensure individual attention and growth. The culmination of their hard work is showcased in full-scale, Broadway-style productions and recitals performed on a professional stage.
Artistic Director Cynthia O’Brien is excited about what lies ahead in the 2024-25 season, telling Coral Springs Talk that they are focusing on nurturing creativity, building confidence, and inspiring young performers to explore new heights in their artistic journeys.
“We have an incredible lineup of classes, performances, and opportunities that will challenge and inspire our students, whether just starting or continuing to develop their craft. I can’t wait to see the growth, passion, and energy that this season will bring.”
This year’s program promises an exciting lineup. Students in grades 4 through 7 will bring the beloved story of Shrek to life, while those in grades eight and up will tackle the contemporary musical The Prom.
Offering more than just mainstage productions, the Broadway Series provides a comprehensive experience, teaching students the intricacies of performing in a musical while developing their skills.
Meanwhile, Ensemble Classes introduce students to a wide range of activities led by professional instructors, ensuring something for every interest and talent level.
All Next Stop Broadway classes for the 2024-25 season will begin the week of September 9, 2024, and will run through April 2025. Sessions are held at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts at 2855 Coral Springs Drive.
Classes fill up quickly, so parents are encouraged to secure their child’s spot. For pricing information and Ensemble class options, visit NSBNOW.com.
