The Coral Springs Craft Guild recently celebrated the installation of their new officers for 2024.
Held in December, members embraced the theme “You’re Only Young Once!” Members donned their most fabulous “Thrift Store Glam” attire, turning the evening into a dazzling display of creativity and sustainable fashion.
The Coral Springs Craft Guild excitedly announced they would offer three scholarships this year to graduating high school seniors.
This initiative reflects the guild’s dedication to supporting the educational and artistic aspirations of young people in the community.
As part of their ongoing activities, the guild has an intriguing project lined up for this month – painting birch trees on canvas.
Participants are encouraged to bring a flat canvas (available at stores like Dollar Tree or Walmart) and can look forward to an evening of artistic expression with paints provided by the guild. Those who prefer their own materials are welcome to bring their acrylic paints and brushes.
The guild revealed that most of their meetings in 2024 would take place at Sartory Hall, located at 10150 NW 29 Street, Coral Springs.
These gatherings, scheduled from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., are set to include an array of programs that promise to engage and inspire their members. However, it’s important to note that business meetings are exclusively for paid guild members.
For those interested in the guild’s activities or considering membership, detailed information about their programs and membership requirements is available on their website, www.coralspringscraftguild.com.
