Coconut Creek High School’s CTA Magnet Program is set to welcome prospective students eager to gain a glimpse into career-focused learning and Cambridge academic opportunities.
Coconut Creek High School will host an open house for its Creek Technical Academy Magnet Program on Thursday, December 5 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The open house invites prospective students and families to browse the grounds and better understand the school’s unique academic and career-focused opportunities.
During the open house, visitors will learn about the CTA’s Career Dual Enrollment and Cambridge pathways and the Cambridge program at Coconut Creek High School.
The Cambridge program includes a variety of Advanced International Certificate of Education subjects, such as English Language, Psychology, Media Studies, Marine Science, Environmental Management, Global Perspectives, Spanish Language, and U.S. History.
Students who complete the Cambridge program may qualify for a Bright Futures Scholarship, covering full tuition at Florida state colleges and universities.
In addition to the Cambridge program, the open house will showcase the Career Dual Enrollment options available through Atlantic Technical College. This pathway provides hands-on learning in essential fields such as Architecture and construction, Business Management, Health Sciences, Hospitality and Tourism, Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Transportation.
By participating in ATC programs, students learn critical on-the-job skills and can graduate with industry credentials and college—or career-ready credits.
