The Piper High School football team evened its record at 3-3 following a dominating 40-0 win over Coral Springs High School on Friday night.
Jahnard Young led the way offensively with 124 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Nicholas Milfort Jr., Jaytoin Thomas, and Isaiah Theresias all added rushing scores while Maskim Steuber threw for 83 yards, completing passes to five different receivers. Defensively, Thomas James had two sacks with Mekhi McLemore, Jonah Julien, and Luchung Manyou each registering one.
The Bengals will now play Boyd H Anderson High School in their next game on Friday, October 3, at 7 p.m. The Cobras are 0-5 this year and have outscored 141-15 through four games. Piper won the lone meeting last year, 34-12
