Margate Police Seeks Public's Help in Finding Missing Endangered Adult

The Margate Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing endangered adult.

Jeffrey Cavanaugh, 27, was last seen leaving his residence on the 6100 block of NW 1st Street on April 9, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. by his mother, who told police Jeffrey left home without informing anyone and has not returned since then.

Jeffrey is described as a white male, 5’6 tall, weighing approximately 135 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing beige shorts and a black T-shirt.

Anyone with information about Jeffrey Cavanaugh’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Margate Police Department at (954) 764-4357 or dial 911 in case of an emergency.
