Broward Sheriff’s Office and Tamarac Fire Rescue host a Touch-A-Truck public safety expo for local kids.
Held on Saturday, January 6, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Christian Church at 10001 W. Commercial Blvd., this free event lets kids learn about the first responders and “touch” fire trucks and other emergency vehicles.
The children can also enjoy bounce houses and food trucks while parents take advantage of the school supplies giveaways.
For more information about the event, contact Deputy Jennifer Marion at Jennifer_Marion@sheriff.org.
