Schools across Broward County are set to come together at a showcase event to inform the community about what they offer students.
Broward County Public Schools is hosting families at its annual BCPS Showcase on Tuesday, January 14, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Amerant Bank Arena at 1 Panther Parkway.
Families are welcome to attend the BCPS Showcase to explore the various programs, services, and opportunities available to students across the district. Attendance for all is free.
Nearly 300 schools and departments will be at the event, providing information on everything from world-class magnet schools to technical colleges and early education centers.
Representatives will also be on hand to provide information on the school’s athletics, adult education solutions, English learner programs, virtual schools, workforce education, student services, art and music programs, electives, and student education.
The showcase also features interactive exhibits, live demonstrations, and raffles with prizes, including tickets to Disney on Ice, Florida Panthers games, and Broadway’s The Lion King.
Families can meet many school educators from pre-K to adult education.
This showcase offers a good chance for families to apply for the upcoming school year, as the School Choice Application Window for the 2025-26 school year is now open and runs until Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
