Arc Culinary is dishing up a summer to remember with a trio of flavorful, themed Chef Experience Dinners in July at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen in Sunrise.

Each dinner event delivers more than just an elevated culinary experience — proceeds support Arc Broward’s mission to empower children and adults with disabilities and life challenges.

Coffee Meets Cuisine: Caffeinated Coffee – July 10

Coffee lovers and adventurous eaters alike will find their perfect pairing at Caffeinated Coffee on Thursday, July 10, at 7 p.m. This four-course dinner features bold, coffee-inspired dishes, including:

Chicken bao buns with a caffeinated BBQ glaze and pineapple kimchi
Coffee-dusted seared ahi tuna on a coconut Caribbean arepa with Florida mango and avocado salsa
Espresso chili-rubbed NY strip with mangu, pickled onions, and heirloom carrots
Malted milk and chocolate tiramisu

A Whodunit with Dinner: Midnight at the Masquerade – July 19

On Saturday, July 19, at 7 p.m., guests will step into a glamorous masquerade ball turned crime scene during Midnight at the Masquerade. This interactive murder mystery dinner invites attendees to become sleuths, solving a fictional whodunit while enjoying a three-course themed meal including salad, entrée, and dessert.

A Luxurious Finale: Summer Truffles – July 26

Truffle lovers won’t want to miss Summer Truffles on Saturday, July 26, at 7 p.m. The indulgent four-course menu includes:

Truffled bruschetta with crispy fried oyster mushrooms and black truffle pâté
Fresh tagliatelle al tartufo with creamy black truffle sauce and garlic lavash
Herb-crusted NY strip with bone marrow butter, truffled batata fries Provençale, and roasted sweet peppers
A chocolate truffle dessert trio pairing

Tickets for Caffeinated Coffee and Summer Truffles are $102 for the Chef’s Table or $92 for communal seating, with gratuity and alcoholic beverages included. Tickets for Midnight at the Masquerade are $99 and include wine and gratuity.

Located at 10250 NW 53rd St. in Sunrise, the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen blends mid-century charm with modern elegance and features a Chef’s Table, private patio, and a variety of rental options for events. Arc Culinary and Arc Educates are social enterprises of Arc Broward, directly supporting programs for over 1,200 individuals across the county.
