Coconut Creek High School officially had two more student-athletes commit to playing college football.
Damaine Wilson will be attending Georgia State University, while Elijah Cannon will attend Florida Atlantic University. Both these players were key parts of the Cougar’s defense for a 6-4 record in the regular season and a trip to the postseason.
Both Wilson and Cannon have one year left on the varsity team. They are set to start their season against Gainesville High School on Sept. 1 after a strong spring season. Following that, Wilson will join a team that won four games, while FAU won five games.
