In honor of Memorial Day, the Tamarac Veterans Affairs Committee will collect non-perishable food, socks, and toiletry items for unhoused veterans. A wreath-laying ceremony will follow to honor fallen American heroes.
Due to the ongoing construction at Veterans’ Memorial Park, this year’s ceremony is moved to Tamarac Community Center at 8601 West Commercial Blvd.
