Tickets for the second Ha-Ha’s for the Tatas comedy fundraiser for cancer awareness are now on sale.
Held on Saturday, October 19, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Colony West Golf Club, the annual comedy show headlined by entertainer Sarge raises money for local charities during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for the chef’s signature hors d’oeuvres, desserts, soft drinks, and cash bar, followed by silent and live auctions and a cancer awareness conversation.
The tickets start at $75 for patron seats, $100 for prime seating, $125 for preferred seats, and $150 for premium seats, which organizers categorize as “Close Enough To Be Made Fun Of.”
The event is considered an adult-themed comedy show where the use of profanity and adult situations are possible.
To honor a cancer warrior, residents can send their images to photos@Tamarac.org by September 30, including the name of the person and a note on whether the submission is in honor, support, or memory of their loved one.
Discounted rooms are available at the Fairfield by Marriott at Colony West for the comedy show’s guests. For more information about the event, tickets, or sponsorships, email MayorGomezEvents@Tamarac.org or call 954-597-3460.
Colony West Golf Club is located at 6850 Northwest 88th Ave. in Tamarac.
