Your Town Carnival promises a fun time for the kid in everyone.
Held from Thursday, March 7, through Sunday, March 10, at the Coral Springs Tennis Center, 2575 Sportsplex Drive, the event is being presented by the Beach Daze Charitable Foundation.
Live entertainment includes Beer for My Horses, a Toby Keith Country Tribute Band, and jazz singer Yvette Norwood-Tiger. Other local music acts will be taking the stage as well. A circus act will be performed three times a day on Saturday and Sunday and twice on Thursday and Friday.
There will be carnival rides for children and adults, food and drink vendors, plus every hour on the hour, and they will be giving away free five-day (four-night Cancun) vacations for a family of four randomly selected.
“We’re trying to provide a lot of free entertainment for the entire family,” a Beach Daze Charitable Foundation corporate representative said.
Thursday hours are 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday hours are 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Hours on Saturday are 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday hours are 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00. Children under 2 are free.
