The Coral Springs Police Department’s Humane Unit is hosting a Pet Food Drive on Saturday morning.
The Humane Unit enforces ordinances, codes, and state statutes regarding animal issues, including responding to citizen complaints regarding stray, injured animals and animal bites.
They also connect lost pets with their owners and find homes for stray animals.
Located at 2801 Coral Springs Drive, the event will be held on Saturday, September 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and aims to collect unopened cat and dog food and puppy and kitten powdered formula.
