A victim of Aggravated Battery at Huntington Square III East was reported on 09/03/2024.

A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike at Deerfield Lake Mobile Home Park on NW 44 Way was reported on 09/03/2024.

A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike on Pond Apple 4 was reported on 09/05/2024.

Property Damage

A victim of Property Damage on W Copans Road was reported on 09/03/2024.

Criminal Mischief

Broward County Schools was the victim of Criminal Mischief – School at Dave Thomas Educational Center at 4690 Coconut Creek Parkway was reported on 09/03/2024. An unknown male was observed on camera throwing a rock several times, breaking the east side impact window.

A victim of Criminal Mischief—a vehicle on Lyons Road was reported for a road rage incident on 09/05/2024.

Electronic Harassment

A victim of Electronic Harassment at Wynmoor on Bahama Bend was reported on 09/03/2024.

Theft

A victim of Theft from a Motor Vehicle in Windsor was reported on 09/08/2024. The total estimated loss was $3,993.

A victim of Theft from a Motor Vehicle at Bayview on Coral Tree Circle was reported on 09/07/2024. The total estimated loss was $2,715. A car window was smashed, and tools were taken.

A victim of Theft from a Building at Broward College 1000 Coconut Creek Blvd was reported on 09/04/2024. The total estimated loss was $1,715. A wallet was taken from a counter.

Sephora was the victim of Theft—Retail/Shoplifting at 4455 Lyons Road, which was reported on 09/03/2024. The total estimated loss was $1,034.

Death – Suspicious/Unknown at Tallowwood on NW 34 Avenue was reported on 09/07/2024.

A victim of Fraud—Other at Broadstone on W Hillsboro Blvd was reported on 09/05/2024. The total estimated loss was $7,000. The victim sent $7,000 for a bike he did not receive.

A victim of Phone Calls – Harass at Bell At Coconut Creek on W Hillsboro Blvd was reported on 09/05/2024. Harassing Phone Calls From an ex-boyfriend was reported.

A victim of an Animal Bite at Coco Palms on NW 5 Court was reported on 09/07/2024.

Pornography

A victim of Pornography/Obscene Material at Evergreen on Wiles Road was reported on 09/08/2024.

Arrests

Westbrook, Garrison Grant, 43, was arrested on a charge of DUI 2nd Offense at 3700 Coconut Creek Parkway on 09/03/2024.

Malgioglio, Benjamin Michael, 62, was arrested on a charge of Aggravated Battery Cause Bodily Harm/Disability – Domestic on 09/06/2024.
