The City of Coconut Creek invites families to “band together” for a drive-in movie under the stars.
The Back-to-School Drive-In screening of the animated film Trolls Band Together will be on Saturday, August 10, at 8:00 p.m. in the Butterfly Parking Lot at 5280 Northwest 40th Street. The Butterfly Parking Lot is located east of the Coconut Creek Seminole Casino.
The free event features a three-story screen with sound and closed captioning provided. Food trucks will be available on-site, offering snacks and refreshments.
‘Trolls Band Together’ follows Poppy as she discovers that Branch and his four brothers were once part of her favorite boy band. The story takes a turn when one of Branch’s siblings, Floyd, is kidnapped by a pair of nefarious villains.
Poppy and Branch embark on a harrowing and emotional journey to reunite the brothers and rescue Floyd, making a heartwarming and exciting film perfect for a family screening under the stars.
