Coral Springs Firefighter Saves Family Dog From House Fire

Thanks to a swift response to a distress call, the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department extinguished a house fire and saved a family dog in the Cypress Run community on Wednesday.

According to Deputy Chief Mike Moser, one person was treated for burns on their hands and face, while the family dog was saved from a blaze that originated in the kitchen.

The Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department reported to the home at 3:49 p.m. and extinguished the fire shortly after that before attending to the injured and locating a dog lost in the smoke.
