His extensive repertoire includes music from stage and film, golden era jazz standards, contemporary pop hits, and holiday classics, solidifying his status as one of the most enduring vocalists in music history.
With nearly 80 albums under his belt, including six Christmas collections, Mathis has sold millions of records worldwide. Among his most beloved hits are “Chances Are,” “It’s Not For Me To Say,” and “Misty.” Over the years, Mathis has achieved numerous accolades, including three songs inducted into the GRAMMY Hall of Fame, 50 hits on Billboard’s Adult Contemporary Chart, and five GRAMMY nominations. In 2003, the Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences honored him with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
