Charlotte and Bebbit {Humane Society of Broward County}
The Humane Society of Broward County is home to two affectionate animals, each hoping to find a forever family. Charlotte, a loyal German Shepherd, and Bebitte, a charming gray cat, seek loving homes where they can thrive.
Charlotte
A 5-year-old German Shepherd, Charlotte, has been at the shelter since early July. She was found by a truck driver in the airport’s cargo area, and despite efforts to locate her owner, no one came forward to claim her. Charlotte weighs 57 pounds and, true to her breed, exhibits a strong sense of loyalty. Though she may be shy when first meeting new people, Charlotte warms up quickly with patience and love.
Volunteers at the shelter speak highly of Charlotte, noting her impeccable leash manners and calm demeanor. She enjoys playful moments and is fully house-trained, especially when splashing around in the kiddie pool. The shelter recommends a meet-and-greet for families with other dogs to ensure compatibility. Charlotte is becoming increasingly despondent in the shelter, often seen sitting by her kennel door, eagerly waiting for someone to take her home.
Bebitte
Bebitte, whose name means “Little Bug” in French, is a striking gray cat with captivating green eyes. This silky-haired kitty is a true lover, purring loudly with contentment during lap time and petting sessions. Bebitte enjoys interactive play, and a fondness for treats and cuddles complements his playful nature.
Bebitte is ready to bring joy and companionship to his new family. His affectionate personality and charming antics will make those who meet him fall in love with him.
