Held on Monday, September 9, from 6:15 to 8 p.m. at the Palace Theater at Kings Point, the event covers recent HOA legislation signed by Governor Ron DeSantis and how it may affect Tamarac residents.
The town hall will feature expert presentations on the Estoppel Bill, training requirements for HOA/COA members, new reserve requirements, and structural integrity studies. During an extended Q&A session, residents can ask questions and engage with experts and HOA/COA attorneys.
