Broward County Commissioner Michael Udine and five candidates for North Lauderdale Election Districts C and D are guest speakers at the next Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce breakfast.
The monthly breakfast, held on Thursday, August 8, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Woodmont Country Club, is an opportunity to network, meet new chamber members, and connect with local politicians.
The chamber is bringing back the table networking part of the event, which lets businesses and entrepreneurs introduce themselves. The participants are encouraged to prepare a short elevator pitch highlighting their products, services, and unique value to the community.
Udine, recently re-elected to the Broward County Commission, has also served as vice mayor and mayor of Broward County. Previously, he was Parkland’s mayor and city commissioner.
Registration is $10 for members and $25 for non-members. Guests are encouraged to bring school supplies to support the chamber’s back-to-school drive.
Woodmont Country Club is located at 7801 NW 80th Ave.
