Friendly Mora Brazoban {BSO}
A Sunrise teen is facing a felony charge after allegedly posting a threatening message and video involving an assault rifle during a heated Instagram group chat involving students.
According to a Sunrise Police Department incident report, Friendly Mora Brazoban, 19, was arrested on May 15.
The report indicates that the incident began as a verbal disagreement between two female students but escalated when a message was posted from an account using the name “@DivineGoddess” stating, “I’ll kill for Angebelly.” That message was followed by a video of an unidentified person picking up an assault rifle from a bed.
The post reportedly caused panic among several students, some of whom feared for their safety and considered skipping final exams.
Sunrise law enforcement traced the account to a female student who denied making the post and told investigators her boyfriend, Friendly Mora, had access to her Instagram account via his phone.
Upon interview, Mora admitted to posting using his girlfriend’s account while she was at school. He told police he intended to intimidate the students in the group chat, who he believed were bullying others.
Mora showed detectives the video from his phone, which he said was saved from 2023 and sourced online, though he was unsure where it came from.
Mora was arrested, charged with one count of written threats to kill or injure, a second-degree felony, and transported to the Broward County Main Jail.
