
Ching Yee Lam Cheung {BSO}
A woman was arrested after Sunrise police said she offered to engage in prostitution during an undercover investigation at a Sunrise massage business.
According to a Sunrise Police Department booking report, Ching Yee Lam Cheung, 57, of Weston, was taken into custody on February 5 following an investigation conducted by detectives at a business located at QQ Spa, located at 8426 West Oakland Park Boulevard.
Court records show investigators said detectives entered the establishment after developing probable cause during the operation and took Cheung into custody without incident.
According to records, detectives also made contact with another employee inside the business and an adult male located in a back room. During questioning, Cheung denied providing massage therapy services or engaging in sexual activity. The second employee is named in the report, but no records of her arrest are currently available.
Police noted a pricing chart for various massages in the lobby, which investigators said indicated services were being offered without valid licenses.
Cheung was transported to the Broward County Main Jail for processing. Jail records show she was released after posting a $150 bond.
