As the postseason approaches, Coral Springs continued to produce terrific golfers this past week.
At the Country Club of Coral Springs, Marjory Stoneman Douglas took first place, with Josh Lieberman leading the way with a 31 (-3). Carson Meredith shot a 35, Max Rosen recorded a 37, and Diego Femenias shot a 38. Body Kefford also competed, finishing with a 41.
Brandon Moll led Coral Springs Charter and shot a 39, Jordan Herman shot a 42, and Jaxson Goldstein shot a 43. Edward Canard and Axel Foley played for the boys, while Natalia Conte shot a 46 for the girls, playing alongside Isabella Goodman.
Carter Brooks led Coral Glades with a 38 in their match. Justin Laing finished two shots back, followed by Noah Rosen, Sebastian Ortiz, and Bradley Pryor. Lieberman led the Eagles with a 34, Meredith shot a 38, and Rosen recorded a 40. MSD also had their girls win a match at Royal Palm Golf Club, led by Sutton Oosterhuis with a 37. Elisa Hernandez was one shot back
The Coral Glades girls team played in two matches, facing Cypress Bay and Everglades High School at Bonaventure Country Club. Gibbs shot a 39, while Glynn recorded a 44. They were both in action again on Wednesday at Pompano Beach Golf Course, with Gibbs shooting a 35 and Glynn recording a 41. These golfers, along with Natalie Conte and Leah Costa from Coral Springs Charter, will compete in the BCAA Championship on October 21.
