Broward County Public Schools Offering Bus Drivers $1,000 Sign-On Bonus at Job Fair

The wheels on the bus go round and round, and Broward County Public Schools needs more drivers to make that happen.

Held on Saturday, August 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Sunday, August 11, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., the job fairs will take place at the following terminal locations:

BCPS is looking for qualified bus operators to join their team and support student learning by providing essential transportation services.

The district offers a competitive salary of $18 per hour, enrollment in the Florida Retirement System, free health insurance, excellent benefits, and paid time off. Additionally, new hires will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

BCPS invites all interested individuals to attend the drive-thru job fairs and explore this career opportunity.
