CeCe Teneal brings her “Portrait of Aretha” show to the Kings Point Palace, promising an evening of soul and nostalgia.
Held on Saturday, January 27, at 8 p.m., the show is $20 for Kings Point residents and $25 for guests, with tickets available online and at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.
Born and raised in Osteen, just outside of Orlando, Teneal is a professional musician performing her original soulful songs and Aretha Franklin’s best hits.
She played in over 40 countries and opened for Buddy Guy, Joe Cocker, Johnny Lang, Betty Wright, Cameo, Fantasia, Maze & Frankie Beverly, and the legendary B.B. King.
During her “Portrait of Aretha” show, Teneal performs her rendition of Franklin’s classics like “Chain of Fools,” “You Make Me Feel Like A Natural Woman,” “Rock Steady,” and “Until You Come Back to Me (That’s What I’m Gonna Do).”
The Palace at Kings Point is located at 7622 NW 76th St. in Tamarac.
