Saiko-i Sushi Lounge and Hibachi is set to open its newest location in Coral Springs.
Unisolo Restaurant Group, headed by hospitality veterans Tina Wang and Chef Jason Zheng, has shared the news of opening a new location of their flagship restaurant, Saiko-i Lounge and Hibachi, in Coral Springs at The Shoppes of Heron Bay. The new location, situated at 5791 Coral Ridge Drive, is expected to open its doors in December of this year.
Located in Boca Raton, Saiko-i Sushi Lounge and Hibachi are known for innovative sushi creations and interactive hibachi offerings made with fresh ingredients.
In addition to its sushi and hibachi options, Saiko-i has a full dinner menu that features a little bit of everything. Their hot appetizer menu features options such as spicy edamame, crispy tang wing, and popcorn chicken with a side of spicy mayo.
Seafood lovers can enjoy the Bang Bang Shrimp and calamari, with a fan favorite, Dim Sum Platter, offering various dumplings with various fillings.
The menu is protein-intensive, with the Wagyu Beef Gyoza and Roasted Duck standing out as the stars.
Wang and Chef Jason Zheng are also the owners of the popular Coco Sushi Lounge and Bar in Delray Beach, Koi in Fort Lauderdale, Yakitori Sushi House in West Delray, and Yakitori Sake House in east Boca Raton.
According to Wang, this latest expansion is all about furthering their mission to bring great Asian food to the masses.
“More and more people are discovering a passion for Asian cuisine,” Wang said in a statement, adding, “It’s healthy, it’s flavorful, it’s fresh, and we’re finding it’s growing dramatically in popularity. We just want to share the Asian culinary experience with as many people as we can.”
The opening of Saiko-i in Coral Springs is part of Unisolo Restaurant Group’s larger expansion in the area, with upcoming restaurant openings, including Peking Duck House in Pompano Beach opening in late November, Saiko-i Sushi Lounge and another Saiko-i location in Plantation scheduled for an early 2024 launch.
