If you are unaware, the governor recently signed new laws concerning condominiums and homeowner associations (COA/HOAs). Please join Senator Rosalind Osgood (FL District 32) and me on Monday, September 9th for an evening dedicated to enhancing our community’s understanding of these laws, and how they affect you. This town hall will feature expert presentations on crucial topics affecting our community, including the Estoppel Bill, training requirements for COA/HOA members, new reserve requirements, and structural integrity studies. There will also be an extended Q&A session where you can ask questions and engage directly with our panel of experienced professionals and COA/HOA attorneys. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights and have your questions answered by experts in the field. The town hall will be held from 6:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Palace Theater at Kings Point, 7620 Nob Hill Road. We look forward to seeing you there!
We’re happy to say that weekend and nighttime code enforcement is here! Please call 954-531-3928 if you have any issues or concerns. Assigned officers will be monitoring that line. This number will also be published on the City’s website.
