Lauderhill’s resilience and excellence will be fully displayed at the upcoming Humanitarian Expo.

Presented by the South Florida Caribbean Conference, the event, which will take place on Monday, August 19, at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., is part of the city’s greater goal of fostering community connections and empowering residents.

Attendees can connect with community leaders, explore resources, and participate in workshops designed to address pressing issues within the community.

City of Lauderhill Commissioner Denise D. Grant will be a special guest at the expo to champion strengthening the Lauderhill community’s resilience and unity.

The event will feature booths from local businesses and organizations, providing information on healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability. Workshops and discussions will also take place throughout the day.

Light breakfast and lunch refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Parking and admission to the Humanitarian Expo is free, but space is limited.
