Bella and Max Factor are available for adoption at the Humane Society of Broward County.
By Sharon Aron Baron
The Humane Society of Broward County is making an appeal for families to adopt two of their most charming residents: Bella, a young dog, and Max Factor, a kitten full of cuddles and energy.
Bella, a stunning sandy blonde beauty tipping the scales at 73 pounds, is looking for a new home after her size became too much for her previous owner.
At just 11 months old, she still has room to grow. This gentle giant is known for her excellent nature with dogs her size and her compatibility with cats, given a proper and slow introduction.
The shelter advises that Bella would do best in a home with older children to avoid any accidental bumps to smaller kids due to her size and playful strength.
In the kitty-corner, Max Factor, named for his standout cuteness, is all set to charm his way into a permanent abode.
He and his brother are a snug pair, often found chasing toys or curled up together. With an enthusiasm for play and a love for snuggles, Max Factor represents the playful spirit of the many kittens at the shelter awaiting adoption.
The Humane Society invites those interested in making Bella or Max Factor part of their family to visit their website and complete a pre-adoption application at www.humanebroward.com.
Stop by the shelter located at 2070 Griffin Road, Fort Lauderdale. Doors open to the public from 11 a.m.
