Urine Trouble: Pants-Down Encounter Outside Goldfinger Strip Club Ends With Police Tasering Man

Daniel Enrique Zuanetto {BSO}

A man was arrested after Sunrise police say he was found urinating with his pants down behind Goldfinger and was tased after resisting officers.

According to a Sunrise Police Department probable cause affidavit, officers responded around 2:42 a.m. on June 21 to the rear parking lot of Goldfinger Gentlemen’s Club, located at 3801 North University Drive, after another officer requested assistance with an intoxicated man.

Police identified the man as Daniel Enrique Zuanetto, 41, of Tamarac.

An officer reported finding Zuanetto, described as heavily intoxicated, walking through the parking lot with his pants lowered while exposing his genitals and urinating. When instructed to stop and pull up his pants, police said he ignored repeated commands.

When additional officers arrived, they attempted to de-escalate the situation, but police said Zuanetto stumbled toward an officer, yelled loudly, and tried to punch him. Officers attempted to take him to the ground, but investigators say he continued to try to strike an officer.

As the struggle continued, one officer punched Zuanetto’s torso while another tased him, causing him to fall to the ground. Police said he continued resisting while on the ground before officers were able to place him into custody.

Zuanetto was transported to HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital for medical clearance before being booked into the Broward County Main Jail. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond.
