Piper High School Football. {Bengal Broadcast}
The Piper High School football team picked up its first win of the season, defeating Plantation High School 28-0 on August 28.
All four of the Bengals’ touchdowns came on the ground, with D Marc running for 104 yards and two scores. Robert Khan had 54 rushing yards and a touchdown, along with one from Mason Steuber. He also had 174 passing yards. The Bengals previously started the season with a win in the Kickoff Classic, but then let a late lead slip away in their first regular-season game against Dillard High School.
They will be back in action on Friday, September 4 against McArthur High School. The Mustangs are 0-2 this year following losses to Mandarin and Cardinal Gibbons High School.
