Through our joint effort with the Coconut Creek Police Department to share updates with residents, this is a summary of Coconut Creek’s crime and arrests through November 13.
Theft
A 68-year-old male was the victim of Theft – From Building at UHaul on 11/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $6,345. Items were reported stolen from a storage unit.
A 58-year-old male was the victim of Theft – From Building at Center Point on NW 49 Terrace on 11/10/2023. Closet installers took a gold chain. The total estimated loss was $1,200.
Home Depot was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 on 11/07/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,119.
A 58-year-old male was the victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle on NW 40 Terrace on 11/07/2023. The total estimated loss was $500.
Home Depot was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 on 11/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $459.
Walgreens was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 on 11/08/2023. The total estimated loss was $263.
A 38-year-old female was the victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle at Kindercare on NW 30 Street on 11/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $225.
A 49-year-old female was the victim of Theft – All Other at Coconut Creek Academy on Coconut Creek Parkway on 11/07/2023. The total estimated loss was $110.
Walmart was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on W Hillsboro Blvd on 11/08/2023. The total estimated loss was $70.
Infiniti Of Coconut Creek was the victim of Vehicle Theft on W Sample Road on 11/09/2023.
Threat Assessment
Threat Assessment Report on Sol Press Blvd on 11/09/2023. Lyons Creek Middle/ Students alleged that a 7th-grade student made a threat.
Disturbance
A Disturbance – Other at Publix on Coconut Creek Pkwy on 11/09/2023. A man placed a firearm in his waistband during a verbal altercation.
Battery
A 31-year-old male was the victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike at Karanda Village III on Cocoplum Circle on 11/09/2023.
Death
A victim of Death – Suspicious/Unknown at Wynmoor on Granada Drive on 11/11/2023.
Criminal Mischief
A 71-year-old male was the victim of Criminal Mischief at Vehicle Texas Roadhouse on Lyons Road on 11/11/2023—a road rage incident where an unidentified suspect slashed the victim’s tire.
Arrests
Gomesvieira, Willian D., 36, was arrested on a charge of Dui 1 Offense at 3461 Carambola Cir S on 11/07/2023.
Germanodeoliveira, Nathalia, 20, was arrested on Theft Retail/Shoplifting charge at 5571 Hillsboro Blvd on 11/08/2023.
Blanco, Lauren, Alyssa, 27, was arrested on a charge of Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence at 3801 Cocoplum Circle on 11/09/2023.
Rivera, Brian, 39, was arrested on a Petit Theft 2 Degree 2 Offense charge at 4450 N State Road 7 on 11/10/2023.
