Coconut Creek Crime Update: Police Assist Locating 2-Year-Old

Through our joint effort with the Coconut Creek Police Department to share updates with residents, this is a summary of Coconut Creek’s crime and arrests through February 6.

Theft – All Other

Home Depot was the victim of Theft – All Other at 4550 N State Road 7, on 01/31/2023. The total estimated loss was $237. An employee was arrested for theft.

Theft – From Motor Vehicle

A 26-year-old woman was the victim of Theft – From Motor Vehicle at Sunrise Estates on 02/02/2023. The total estimated loss was $250. 

Theft – Retail/Shoplifting

Walgreens was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting at 4600 Coconut Creek Parkway on 02/03/2023. The total estimated loss was $304.

Sunglass Hut was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting at 4431 Lyons Road on 02/03/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,641. 

Police Assist-Other

Police Assist-Other on NW 39th Avenue on 02/01/2023 Country Lakes 2-year-old located unharmed.

Burglary

A 30-year-old male was the victim of Burglary W/ Assault at El Rancho. Burglary with Battery on 02/03/2023.  

Litter Law

Walgreens was the victim of Litter Law at 4600 Coconut Creek Parkway. Illegal Dumping/ Littering on 01/31/2023.  

Arrests

Miller, Elyse Aeryse, 34, was arrested on a charge of Petit Theft 1st Deg Prop $100 To <$750 at 4550 N State Road 7, on 01/31/2023.

Olivero, Mayra Cristina, 44, was arrested on a charge of Dui-4th Or Subsequent Offense Felony at 4400 W Atlantic Blvd, on 01/31/2023.

Fleckner, Ryan Scott, 39, was arrested on a charge of Dui 1st Offense, at 6300 N State Road 7, Coconut Creek, on 01/31/2023.

Garciadiaz, Javier Mauricio, 34, was arrested on a charge of Burglary W/ Battery at 5551 Johnson Rd, Coconut Creek, on 02/03/2023.

Lauer, Anthony Peter, 54, was arrested on a charge of Writ Of Arrest And Commitment at 4401 Lyons Road on 02/04/2023.

Madias, Tiffaniraimonda Ann, 46, was arrested on a charge of Touch Or Strike/Battery/Dating Violence on Carambola Cir S on 02/04/2023.
