Through our joint effort with the Coconut Creek Police Department to share updates with residents, this is a summary of Coconut Creek’s crime and arrests through November 6.
Robbery
A 34-year-old female was the victim of Robbery- By Sudden Snatch at Creek Shopping Center on Coconut Creek Parkway on 10/31/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,225.
McDonalds was a Robbery – Unarmed Strongarm victim on N State Road 7 on 10/31/2023.
Battery
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike was reported at Sabal Pines Park on NW 39 Avenue on 10/31/2023. An unidentified juvenile shot Orbeez at the victims.
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike was reported on Coconut Creek Parkway on 11/01/2023. Dave Thomas Educational Center had an incident where several students jumped another student in the hallway. The altercation was about a FaceTime video where one student showed another an apparent handgun and said he would” see him tomorrow.”
Criminal Mischief
Burger King was a Criminal Mischief – Business victim on Hillsboro Blvd 11/01/2023.
Theft
A 41-year-old male was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Motorcycle at Evergreen Lakes on Wiles Road on 11/02/2023. The theft of a motorcycle by unknown suspects was reported.
A 49-year-old male was the victim of Theft – All Other at Banyan Bay on W Atlantic Blvd on 11/02/2023. The total estimated loss was $5,000. A trailer was stolen.
Sephora was a Theft – Retail/Shoplifting victim on Lyons Road on 11/03/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,038.
A 47-year-old male was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Truck on San Mellina Drive on 11/05/2023.
A 47-year-old female was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at Cypress Shores on Lyons Road on 11/05/2023.
Fraud
An 81-year-old male was the victim of Fraud – Wire/Computer/ATM at Banyan Bay on W Atlantic Blvd on 11/02/2023. The total estimated loss was $7,500.
Elderly Exploitation
A 72-year-old female was the victim of Elderly Exploitation on 11/03/2023. The total estimated loss was $8,000.
Burglary
A 42-year-old female was the victim of burglary of a business at U-Haul on Johnson Road on 11/03/2023. The total estimated loss was $7,500. Burglary to a storage unit was reported.
Aggravated Assault
A 59-year-old female was the victim of Aggravated Assault at Tallowwood on NW 65 Avenue on 11/04/2023.

Indecent Exposure
An 18-year-old female was the victim of Indecent Exposure/Child Under 16 on 11/04/2023. Transmitting explicit photos of a minor was reported.
Animal Bite
A victim of an Animal Bite at Banyan Bay on W Atlantic Blvd was reported on 11/04/2023. Dog and Owner bite was reported.
Arrests
Clayton, Tre, Cherraud, 29, was arrested on a Battery – Simple Touch/Strike charge at 5240 NW 55 Blvd on 11/02/2023.
Williams, Shatia, Chabris, 34, was arrested on a Battery – Simple Touch/Strike charge at 5240 NW 55 Blvd on 11/02/2023.
Correalaureano, Jancy, Omar, 46, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 2 Offense at 3800 NW 54 Avenue on 11/04/2023.
Ciocco, Dennis M., 71, was arrested on a charge of Aggravated Assault W/ Deadly Weapon – Domestic Violence at 3520 NW 65 Avenue on 11/04/2023.
A juvenile, 15, was arrested on a charge of Grand Theft /Auto at 4518 San Mellina Drive on 11/05/2023.
A juvenile, 14, was arrested on a Grand Theft /Auto charge at 4518 San Mellina Drive on 11/05/2023.
A juvenile, 17, was arrested on a charge of Assault at 3700 Coconut Creek Parkway on 11/01/2023.
Joseph, Raymond, 48, was arrested on a charge of Assault and Domestic Violence on 11/05/2023.
