A victim of property damage on NW 67 Place was reported on 7/23/2024.
Theft
Sunglass Hut was a victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting at 4431 Lyons Road was reported on 07/26/2024. The total estimated loss was $1,234.
Kohls was a victim of Theft—Retail/Shoplifting at 6950 N State Road 7, which was reported on 07/23/2024. The total estimated loss was $635.
Home Depot was a victim of Theft—Retail/Shoplifting at 4550 N State Road 7, which was reported on 07/23/2024. The total estimated loss was $314.
Kohls was a victim of Theft—Retail/Shoplifting at 6950 N State Road 7, which was reported on 07/23/2024. The total estimated loss was $140.
A victim of Theft – Auto Parts/Accessories at Applewood Village IV was reported on 07/26/2024. The total estimated loss was $100.
Chevron was a victim of Theft—Retail/Shoplifting at 4650 N State Road 7, which was reported on 07/27/2024. The total estimated loss was $60.
A victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle on Julia Gardens Drive was reported on 07/26/2024. The total estimated loss was $25.
A victim of Theft – From a Building on Johnson Road was reported on 07/25/2024. The total estimated loss was $16. The theft of a credit card and cash from the employee’s bag at work was reported.
A victim of Vehicle Theft—Auto at County Lakes Mobile Home Park on NW 39 Avenue was reported on 07/26/2024. A Honda dirt bike was stolen.
Civil Complaint
A victim of a Civil Complaint on Lago Vista Drive was reported on 07/23/2024. A civil matter between residents and Green Go Moving.
Battery
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike at County Lakes Mobile Home Park was reported on 07/25/2024.
A victim of Aggravated Battery at a Shell gas station was reported on 07/28/2024.
Aggravated Assault
A victim of Aggravated Assault at Banyan Bay was reported on 07/26/2024.
Property-Lost/Stolen
A victim of Property Lost/Stolen at FireGrills on W Sample Road was reported on 07/28/2024.
Suspicious Incident
A victim of a Suspicious Incident at Woodlake Villas on Banks Road was reported on 07/28/2024. The subject was trying to enter a neighbor’s residence accidentally.
Arrests
Pena, Andres William, 58, was arrested on a charge of Petit Theft – 2 Degree – 2 Offense at 4550 N State Road 7 on 07/23/2024.
Torres, Victor, 33, was arrested on a charge of Unlawful Sexual Activity W Certain Minors on 07/24/2024.
Brayboy, Thelbert Fernando, 53, was arrested on a charge of Drive While License Suspended Third Or Subsequent Offense at 400 Lyons Road on 07/25/2024.
Clare, Kenton Stpatrick, 20, was arrested on a charge of Carrying a Concealed Firearm at 5400 Wiles Road on 07/25/2024.
Jeanmary, Dervins, 36, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1 Offense at 4200 N State Road 7 on 07/28/2024.
