Battery
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike at Coconut Creek High School at 1400 NW 44 Avenue was reported on 10/22/2024. The battery on a School district employee was reported.
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike at Lyons Creek Middle at 4333 Sol Press Blvd was reported on 10/24/2024. A 7th-grade student pushed a teacher up against a door frame.
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike at Lyons Creek Middle on Sol Press Blvd was reported on 10/25/2024. An 8th-grade student was arrested for punching a non-combative student over 30 times.
A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike at Elliot North on Cocoplum Circle was reported on 10/25/2024.
Fraud
Antigua Homeowners Association was the victim of Fraud—Other on Antigua Circle, which was reported on 10/22/2024. The total estimated loss was $60,000.
Theft
Walmart was the victim of Theft—retail/Shoplifting at 5571 W Hillsboro Blvd, which was reported on 10/23/2024. The total estimated loss was $382.
Sephora was the victim of Theft—retail/Shoplifting at 4455 Lyons Road, which was reported on 10/23/2024. The total estimated loss was $354.
Walmart was the victim of Theft—retail/Shoplifting at 5571 W Hillsboro Blvd, which was reported on 10/22/2024. The total estimated loss was $204.
A victim of Theft—All Other at Atlantic Tech, 4700 Coconut Creek Parkway, was reported on 10/23/2024. The total estimated loss was $200. An electric scooter was stolen from the bike rack.
Publix was the victim of Theft—retail/Shoplifting on Coconut Creek Parkway, which was reported on 10/24/2024. The total estimated loss was $200.
A victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto was reported on 10/24/2024.
A victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at Windsor on Lyons Road was reported on 10/25/2024.
A victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at Coconut Palm Club on NW 55 Blvd was reported on 10/26/2024.
Elderly Abuse
A victim of Elderly Abuse/Neglect was reported on 10/23/2024.
Weapon On School Property
Coconut Creek High School was the victim of a Weapon on – School Property at 1400 NW 44 Avenue, reported on 10/24/2024. An 11th-grade SVE student was caught with a box cutter.
Property-Lost/Stolen
A victim of Property/Stolen at Tradewinds Elementary on Johnson Road was reported on 10/24/2024. The annual inventory of technology property revealed eight missing items valued at $7,936.00.
Coconut Palm Club Apartments was the victim of Property Damage on NW 55 Blvd, which was reported on 10/26/2024. The total estimated loss was $500.
Sex Offense
A victim of Sex Offense – All Other was reported on 10/25/2024.
Death
A victim of Death – Suspicious/Unknown at Tradewinds Apartments on NW 42 Avenue was reported on 10/27/2024.
Arrests
Greer, Edward Alberto, 25, was arrested on a charge of Battery at 2400 Lyons Road on 10/23/2024.
Murray, John Brian, 60, was arrested on 10/23/2024 at 4599 W Sample Road/Lyons Road on a charge of Dui 1 Offense.
San, Thang Tuan, 51, was arrested on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense at 3900 W Sample Road on 10/24/2024.
Mulhall, Garrett M., 47, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1 Offense on W Hillsboro Blvd on 10/25/2024.
Laurelli, Rubia, 34, was arrested on a charge of Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence on Cocoplum Circle on 10/25/2024.
