Battery
A 53-year-old male was the victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike against an employee at Home Depot on N State Road 7 was reported on 08/08/2023.
Theft – Retail/Shoplifting
Sunglass Hut was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on Lyons Road was reported on 08/08/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,004.
Kohls was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 was reported on 08/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $503.
Publix was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on Coconut Creek Parkway was reported on 08/08/2023. The total estimated loss was $400.
Theft – From Motor Vehicle
A 55-year-old male was the victim of Theft – From Motor Vehicle was reported at Advenir on 08/08/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,500. A lock was damaged, and tools were taken from a covered truck bed.
A 29-year-old male was the victim of Theft – From Motor Vehicle in the Planet Fitness Parking Lot on Hillsboro Blvd was reported on 08/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,380.
Vehicle Theft – Auto
A 32-year-old male was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto was reported on 08/08/2023. The total estimated loss was $500.
A 35-year-old male was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto at Coco Parc was reported on 08/10/2023.
Infiniti Of Coconut Creek was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto W Sample Road was reported on 08/09/2023.
A 69-year-old male was the victim of Vehicle Theft – Auto on Antigua Circle was reported on 08/10/2023.
Criminal Mischief – Other
Windmill Park was the victim of Criminal Mischief – Other on Lyons Road was reported on 08/09/2023. An EV charging station was damaged.
Fraud – Other
Palm Aluminum And Glass was the victim of Fraud – Other on Lyons Road was reported on 08/09/2023. The total estimated loss was $30,277.
A 63-year-old male was the victim of Fraud – Impersonation at Winston Park on NW 51 Court was reported on 08/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $867. An unknown subject purchased items online.
A 42-year-old male was the victim of Fraud – Use Of Credit Card on Coconut Creek Parkway was reported on 08/12/2023. The total estimated loss was $594.
Suspicious Incident
A Suspicious Incident on Cocoplum Circle was reported on 08/11/2023. A male claiming to be a Special Agent came to the reporter’s residence to ask for the children’s information.
Arrests
Lacarte, Ershline Sabrina, 27, was arrested on a Touch Or Strike/Battery charge at 5560 NW 44 Way on 08/08/2023.
Perezbatista, Elvis, Francisco, 28, was arrested on a charge of Dui 1 Offense at 4200 W Hillsboro Blvd on 08/08/2023.
Rodriguez, Guzman, Rafael, Armando, 23, was arrested on a charge of Driving License Suspended at 5501 Lyons Road on 08/08/2023.
Hernandez, Salgador, Rodrigo, 28, was arrested on a Engaging/Business/Contract W/O License charge at 2300 Lyons Road on 08/08/2023.
Kong, Darren, Delano, 19, was arrested on a charge of Criminal Mischief Over $200 Under $1000 at 4449 Lyons Road on 08/09/2023.
Mcfarland, Kelly, Nicole, 30, was arrested on a charge of Dui 1 Offense at 3700 Coconut Creek Parkway on 08/09/2023.
Tueros, Javier A., 41, was arrested on a charge of Dui 2nd Offense at 2500 Lyons Road on 08/11/2023.
Battle, Gerome, Eugene, Daniel, 23, was arrested on a charge of Carrying Concealed Firearm at 4901 W Sample Road on 08/11/2023.
Leiva Gutierrez, Valeria, Nathalia, 22, was arrested on a Battery – Simple Touch/Strike charge on 08/13/2023.
