Property Damage

A victim of Property Damage at Bayview on Coral Tree Circle was reported on 05/22/2024. A water leak caused C0conut Creek Fire Rescue to force entry.

Theft

A victim of Theft – Auto Parts/Accessories at Bayport on W 30 Street was reported on 05/24/2024. The total estimated loss was $1,400. Theft of Toyota wheels was reported.

A victim of Theft – Auto Parts/Accessories at Applewood 4 on Carambola Circle was reported on 05/24/2024. The total estimated loss was $1,400. Toyota Carolla XE wheels were reported stolen.

Home Depot was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 was reported on 05/23/2024. The total estimated loss was $734.

Home Depot was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on State Road 7 was reported on 05/22/2024. The total estimated loss was $329.

Home Depot was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 was reported on 05/22/2024. The total estimated loss was $279.

Kohls was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on N State Road 7 was reported on 05/22/2024. The total estimated loss was $552.

Publix was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on Coconut Creek Parkway was reported on 05/23/2024. The total estimated loss was $464.

Walmart was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on W Hillsboro Blvd was reported on 05/22/2024. The total estimated loss was $136.

Walgreens was the victim of Theft – Retail/Shoplifting on Coconut Creek Parkway was reported on 05/22/2024. The total estimated loss was $47.

A victim of Theft – From a Motor Vehicle at The Landings on Lighthouse Circle was reported on 05/22/2024.

Battery

A victim of Battery – Simple Touch/Strike on NW 2 Court was reported on 05/23/2024.

Suspicious Death

A victim of Death – Suspicious/Unknown on W Hillsboro Blvd was reported on 05/25/2024. A 56-Year-Old Male was found deceased in the woods.

Property-Lost/Stolen

A victim of Property-Lost/Stolen at Wynmoor on Nassau Bend was reported on 05/26/2024. The total estimated loss was $150.

Fraud

A victim of Fraud – Use Of a Credit Card/ATM card at Waterview on W Hillsboro Blvd was reported on 05/26/2024. The total estimated loss was $150. Fraudulent Uber Eat charges were reported.

Arrests

Friedman, Catherina Engels, 65, was arrested on a charge of Battery On a Person 65 Years Of Age Or Older on 05/22/2024.

Anderson, Brett Neal, 53, was arrested on 05/23/2024 at 4600 Coconut Creek Parkway on a charge of petit theft—2 Degree—3 Subsequent Offense.

Velazquez, Ernesto, 52, was arrested on a charge of Grand Theft >$750 <$5000 at 4450 State Road 7 on 05/23/2024.

Cortes, Mark Paul, 47, was arrested on a charge of Battery at 6950 N State Road 7 on 05/24/2024.

Jenkins, James Alexander, 21, was arrested on a charge of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1 Offense at 3800 Coconut Creek Parkway on 05/25/2024.
