Food lovers and supporters of a meaningful cause will have the chance to indulge in a unique dining experience when Arc Culinary hosts its upcoming “Butter, Bone, and Spice” Chef Experience Dinner on May 2.

The four-course culinary event will take place at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen in Sunrise, offering guests an intimate, chef-driven evening beginning at 7 p.m.

Part of Arc Culinary’s popular Chef Experience Dinner series, the event combines fine dining with a mission — proceeds help support Arc Broward programs that empower children and adults with disabilities through education, training, and employment opportunities.

Guests can expect a thoughtfully curated menu that highlights bold flavors and culinary creativity. The evening begins with sweet chili-glazed shrimp skewers made with fresh Key West shrimp and Thai basil, followed by roasted carrot-ginger soup with brown butter and pumpkin seed gremolata. The main course features rosemary-charred beef osso buco, served with roasted bone marrow and truffled polenta, and ends with a decadent chocolate molten cake.

Tickets are priced at $92 for communal seating or $102 for the chef’s counter experience, with both options including alcoholic beverages and gratuity.

The event will be held at 10250 NW 53rd Street in Sunrise and is expected to draw food enthusiasts from across Broward County looking for both a memorable dining experience and a way to give back.
