Arc Culinary’s Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen is bringing two gourmet experiences to food lovers this August and September, featuring menus inspired by cultural traditions. Proceeds from the Chef Experience Dinners benefit Arc Broward’s mission of creating opportunities for children and adults with disabilities.
The first dinner, 2025 Favorites, will take place Saturday, Aug. 30, at 7 p.m. The four-course menu will include a buckwheat and wild mushroom crepe with gruyère cheese and spinach, a sushi dome with salmon sashimi and crispy panko breading, pastelón—a sweet plantain lasagna with sofrito-marinated beef and Manchego béchamel—and a decadent dessert.
The second dinner, Rooted – A Yuca Affair, is set for Thursday, Sept. 11, at 7 p.m. Guests will enjoy dishes celebrating one of Latin America’s most beloved ingredients, including Asian glazed pork belly with yuca purée, ropa vieja yuca tortilla tacos, seared wild-caught coho salmon with yuca soufflé, and dessert.
Tickets are $102 for the chef’s table and $92 for communal seating, with gratuity and alcoholic beverages included.
Located in Sunrise, the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen combines mid-century elegance with modern design, featuring a Chef’s Table, refined décor, and an outdoor patio. In addition to Chef Experiences, the venue hosts private cooking classes, corporate meetings, weddings, and other celebrations for up to 125 guests. Arc Culinary and Arc Educates are social enterprises that generate revenue to support Arc Broward’s programming for more than 1,200 children and adults with disabilities.
